Come ferment with Pitchfork Pickle on Wednesday, November 9 from 5:30-7pm. We’ll talk about the dos and don’ts of fermenting with a focus on kimchi. This class is great for the complete novice, the beginning fermenter who might have a few questions based on their experience, and those looking to add a skill to their kitchen arsenal.
